Last weekend saw Tom, Kel, Elen and Lexie visiting London for an Ed Sheeran Wembley gig and, seeing as Kel and Ellen had never visited London before, a bit of London sightseeing.
Cue, baby photos.
You may spot that we’re in the Natural History Museum – not sure what else you were expecting.
We did discover that Lexie has a, rather sensible, fear of T-rex’s.
I think she also may be worried that Tom hasn’t even noticed it.
Escaping the clutches of the T-rex we took Lexie off to explore a little more of the museum before wandering up to Hyde Park.
Tom even had a go at smiling – he’s getting better.
After lunch in Leicester Square we took a wander across to Trafalgar Square to see a little of West End Live before the inevitable shopping trip to Oxford Street.
I must say I do like Westminster tube station – this one taken whilst on the escalator.
After barely surviving the Disney store we plunged the depths of Selfridges which I discovered is among my least favourite places in all of London – Lexie liked it though.
And with that the whistle-stop tour of London was over. One last trip along the district line took me off towards Wimbledon and the others off to Ravenscourt to begin their long drive home.
I’m not convinced Lexie will remember much but at least there are a few pictures as proof of the trip.
