I hadn’t realised I’d not taken a sunset or sunrise picture for so long. When I first got the D600, back in 2013, the majority of the photos I took were of sunsets over Weston beach but I haven’t taken that many since. I wonder whether it was a ‘nikon-thing’ seeing as the oil-splattering death of the D600 seems to have coincided with the reduction in sunset photos – or it may have been that I have thousands of sunset photos, probably one or the other.

Weston benefits from some spectacular sunsets and it’s quite nice going back through some of my old photos. Epsom doesn’t really lend itself to sunrise and sunset photos so I’ll have to try a few more Rise/Set photos next time I’m back in Weston.
